Rainy Family Photos in Seattle
Weather always plays a big factor to consider when taking family photos in Seattle. My busiest time of year for family photos is (by far) September through November, when families are looking ahead to printing out holiday cards. As we get later into the season, however, the weather gets darker and more unpredictable. If you have your heart set on outdoor photos, it’s smart to expect some last-minute changes and possible rain.
But rain doesn’t have to ruin your session!
As long as it’s not completely pouring down, or both rainy and windy, we can get some gorgeous shots together. In these family photos, we definitely got wetter than we planned for, but the rain also lead to a series of special moments that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.
